A book that tackles the subject of the black and white landscape from different angles: from the discovery of an unpublished Ansel Adams to the natural landscape of Erminio Annunzi, Alberto Bregani and Linda Vukaj. Each offers us their interpretation and ideas for our photography. For the urban landscape, we interviewed Marco Beck Peccoz, a professional who has come up with an original project, CityScapes, in which he offers us a new view of cities from 10 metres above the ground;

Monochrome cameras: this is an area 'invented' by Leica, now followed by Pentax. It would seem pointless to spend money on such cameras, yet the reasons are there: image sharpness and higher resolution.
To round off this special issue, we couldn't look back: photography began with landscape, in black and white of course; Danilo Cecchi invites us to reflect on the history of landscape photography with a 24-page article in which he recounts how 130 photographers have interpreted 150 years of research, from the legacy of painting and early photography to more recent developments.
